Data Deletion

Back of House lets restaurants connect their Facebook Page and Instagram account to post content. You can delete the data we store and revoke that access at any time.

Disconnect in the app

Sign in, open Settings → Connections, and remove any connected Facebook or Instagram account. This deletes the stored connection and access token from our database. For Facebook, this also revokes our app's access on Meta's side automatically.

Remove access on Meta

Instagram does not allow an app to revoke its own access, so to fully remove Back of House from Instagram, also remove it here:

Request full deletion

To request deletion of all data associated with your account, email james@backofhouse.io from the address on your account. We will remove your stored data within 30 days and confirm by email.
